Having the most up-to-date software in the industry is the best way to guarantee our clients the best service. We give our clients the convenience of reserving ground transportation in over 45 cities around the world. We have our own customized software to take reservations faster. It creates a client profile, eliminating repletion of information for our frequent travelers, and cutting booking time down to 60 seconds per reservation. We also offer the option to make advance bookings through our online reservation system.

Accompanying our reservation system is our online, real-time, fully integrated vehicle dispatching system. we update all flights and keep in contact with our drivers via two-way radios, and pagers.

Of course, the best software system in the world does not mean anything without the concern and professionalism of our staff. We are here to serve our clients needs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
 

All PCL drivers are thoroughly screened by our human resources department. Every potential driver must have a background check performed on his/her motor vehicle record and undergo drug and alcohol screening.

Chauffeurs:

• All New hires participate in a 3 week training program. Training includes a classroom orientation about Preferred Chauffeured Limousines procedures, and on the road training with a senior chauffeur.
   
• All New hires are required to attend The Smith System defensive driving training program. The Smith System is the only defensive driving course with hands-on over the road requirements.
   
• PCL requires all drivers to wear a suit & tie. Drivers are instructed to keep their jacket and tie on at all times.
   
• All drivers are expected to assist passengers with their luggage and personal effects without passengers having to request such services. Failure to assist a passenger results in disciplinary action.

Vehicles:

Our Vehicles represent the most beautiful, versatile and comfortable fleet in the industry, offering Lincoln Town Car, Lincoln L Series Sedans, Cadillac and limousines, luxury vans and coaches.

• All vehicles are owned and operated by Preferred Chauffeured Limousines, LLC.
   
• Our rigorous maintenance schedule includes oil and filters changes after 3,000 miles, and tire replacement and complete engine tune-ups after every 50,000 miles.
   
• PCL maintains twice the statutory minimums on liability and collision insurance as required by the Interstate Commerce Commission, and the California Utilities Commission.
